Katie 3/25/13: Redemption. Malcolm Astley and Mary Dunne appeared on Katie Couric’s show “Katie” as part of the theme “Redemption”. Lauren Astley was a Wayland, Massachusetts teenager whose life was tragically cut short at the hands of her high school sweetheart. Lauren’s boyfriend, Nathaniel Fujita, was charged with strangling and fatally stabbing her in July 2011. If you were Lauren’s parents, how could you possibly go on?
